My Experience

​

The site has a habit of terminating accounts and addressing the member to have a violation which they will never explain what violation.  Without any warning or notice your account will be locked and you cannot send out your funds.

I have been using Coins.PH since I started cryptocurrency in 2016,  from then everything works fine.  They required ID's for security which is good and implemented KYC.  I even bought a webcam just to comply to their requirement and all of a sudden my account was suspended and locking my fund with them.

Its just so sad that I have been loyal to this company for years.  I have convinced my wife to register on their site to sell mobile phone credits and I even planned to have my kids learn how to use their site and teach them to use coins.ph to invest. I only have to wait 2 more months to start with this but thats what happend.  I think the violation they are referring to is that because that past 2 weeks I have been cahingout funds every 2 or 3 days for about 2 weeks and boom my account is suspended and funds locked in.  I would not going to recommend this site to anyone.

Just to get your fund they will require you to provide documents and send it to them and whatever other things they will required is not clear to me just yet.

Coins pro and coins.ph are of the same company so if your fund is locked in coins.ph so as your fund in coins pro.
